This modem worked perfectly with my computer. I used it FOR 4 mon. I UPGRATE to new modem 6141.
TW Cable charging a $6.00 fee for their modem.
Called TWC to connect it over the phone which only took a few minutes.And tell them HFC MAD ID NUMBER................
I would recommend this modem for anybody with any type of computer.
